Care for Christmas

Christmas is a time of joy and giving and we want to share this with our Young Adults in Bexley who are leaving our care, and who may be in need of additional support.

For a young adult who has been in care, Christmas can be a time of greater hardship and isolation, especially for young adults who live alone. Please support the work of Positive Journeys Seniors who are aiming to help the council to provide young adults in need with a Christmas Care Package, as well as offering social activities both at Christmas time and throughout the year. This is our 4th year delivering this project in Bexley to support young adults leaving our care. Thank you for your generosity in helping us to reach our goals so that we can support young adults in need of our additional care and support this Christmas, and throughout the year.
